Working capital
written from
one desk.

Jags18 LLC funds merchant cash advances and revenue-based financing straight off our own balance sheet. No broker chain, no syndication call, no file handed down the line. The desk that reads your statements is the desk that wires the funds — and the one that answers when you call.

The Stack Problem

Is the wire coming from your funder — or three desks past your funder?

Most operating-capital files in this market are quoted by one party, packaged by a second, and funded by a third. Each handoff adds a margin, a delay, and a layer of contradiction. We removed all three because we are the funder.

01
Pricing built around the middlemen, not the file Factor rates carry the cost of every desk that touched your application before it reached an underwriter.
02
Quotes that change at the closing table The number you saw on the term sheet was a placeholder. The number on the contract is somebody else's pricing.
03
Timelines hostage to syndication calls Capital that needs three approvals on three different desks doesn't move on a 24-hour clock.
04
Silence after the wire lands The desk that sold you the deal isn't the desk that holds it. Renewals, restructures, and questions go to voicemail.
◆ Jags18 Operating Standard

The capital should clear the runway —
not become the obstacle.

Jags18 LLC underwrites your file, prices your file, and funds your file from one balance sheet — ours. The number on the term sheet is the number on the wire. The person who quotes you is the person who answers when you call back.

That's the entire model. One desk. End to end.

◆ Direct. Documented.

Workflow

3 STEPS · 1 DESK · 24-HR WIRE

Three steps from intake to wire.

A funder you can call shouldn't take a week to read a bank statement. Most files clear the desk on the same business day they arrive.

STEP 01 · INTAKE
01/ Apply

Send the file.

A short application and the last three months of business bank statements. No hard pull. No application fee. No queue. Five minutes on your end is all we need to start.

STEP 02 · REVIEW
02/ Decision

Get a real number.

Our underwriters read the file the day it lands. Most operations receive a fully-priced offer the same business day — factor rate, total payback, and the complete payment schedule, in writing, before any signature.

STEP 03 · WIRE
03/ Fund

Money moves.

Once you countersign, capital ships from our account to yours — typically within 24 hours. No third-party signatures. No syndication delay. The wire originates from the same desk that approved you.

Operating Standards

SIX RULES · NON-NEGOTIABLE

How a real funder behaves
once the file is on the desk.

The way we operate isn't a marketing line. It's the standard the desk has to clear before a file leaves it.

01

One desk, one file

Your application doesn't bounce. The underwriter who reads page one is the contact who answers the phone six months in.

02

Pricing on the page

Factor rate, payback total, and the full debit schedule sit in writing before signature. No back-end pulls at funding.

03

Decisions in hours

Most files receive a same-day answer. We don't wait for an outside group to bless the offer — there is no outside group.

04

Structures built around cash flow

Daily, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly. We shape the schedule around the deposit pattern — not the other way around.

05

Honest passes

If the file doesn't make sense for either of us, we say so on day one. No padded quotes. No quietly throttled offers.

06

The phone gets answered

Renewals, restructures, settlement questions — they go to the same line that took the original call. No call center. No tickets.

Talk to the funder.
Not a layer in front of one.

02 · Approach

Direct capital,
documented end to end.

From intake to final debit, every step of the file lives on one desk. Here is what working with the actual funder of your deal looks like — and why it changes the math.

What sits behind the wire

FOUR PRINCIPLES · ONE STANDARD
A.01 · STRUCTURE

Capital built to fit the operation

No two files arrive looking the same — and they shouldn't be priced the same. We read your deposit cadence, monthly volume, existing exposure, and cash conversion cycle before we put a number on the page. The structure follows the operation. Not a template.

Structures sized to deposit reality, not formula.
A.02 · SPEED

Decisions on the same desk, same day

Files land directly on the underwriter's queue. There is no intake team, no submission desk, no external syndication call. Most operations have a fully-priced offer in hand within hours of submitting bank statements — and most signed files wire inside 24 hours.

Most files fund within 24 hours of countersignature.
A.03 · TRANSPARENCY

Pricing you can read before you sign

Factor rate, total payback, debit amount, debit frequency, term length, and any holdback — all of it sits in writing before signature. The quote is the contract. We do not pull origination fees at funding, and we do not silently move the schedule after the wire clears.

The number quoted is the number wired.
A.04 · CONTINUITY

One team, application to payoff

You speak with the underwriter who priced your file from the first call through final payment. Renewals, restructures, and questions all route to the desk that knows the account — not to a call center reading a script. The phone rings to a person who can act.

Direct line. Real underwriter. Every renewal.

Operating Philosophy

"The strongest capital relationships pay both sides.
We only get paid back when the operation succeeds — so we structure files where it can."

CATEGORYQUALIFICATION GRID
STATUSPUBLISHED

04 · Qualifications

FICO is one signal.
Cash flow is the file.

Credit score is a single line in a longer story. Average monthly deposits, frequency, negative days, and existing exposure carry as much weight on the desk. Here is the honest map of what qualifies — at every profile.

Qualification Tiers

THREE GRADES · WEIGHTED READ
A

Tier A — Prime

680–800 FICO · Strong Revenue
Monthly payment programs at our lowest in-house factor rates
Asset-backed revolving lines available against pledged collateral
Highest approval ceilings and longest term lengths we offer
Consolidation rolls with measurable rate compression
Our strongest position. Consistent deposits unlock the lowest pricing on our sheet.
B

Tier B — Near-Prime

600–679 FICO · Moderate Revenue
Hybrid bi-weekly and weekly payment structures
May qualify for monthly programs with strong deposit history
Competitive factor rates starting from the low 1.20s
Consolidation programs available for stacked files
Strong deposit patterns offset credit gaps. Our underwriting weights cash flow heavily at this tier.
C

Tier C — Cash-Flow Based

Below 600 FICO · Deposit-Driven
Daily and weekly payment structures only
Approval keyed to deposit volume, frequency, and stability
Conservative ceilings sized to current deposit reality
No monthly programs at this tier — by design, not by exclusion
We structure conservatively here — only what deposits can carry. We pass on files that don't pencil out.
◆ Important Read FICO is one signal — not the entire file. Tier A starts at 680, Tier B covers 600–679, Tier C runs below 600. Final approval reads against average monthly deposits, deposit frequency, count of negative days, and existing exposure. A 670 with poor deposits can qualify for materially less than a 610 with strong, consistent flow. Our underwriting reads the entire file before we put a number on the page.

The Full Read

SIX INPUTS · WEIGHTED EVENLY

What the underwriting desk actually reads.

A file is more than a credit number. Here is the full set of inputs that decide what we will write — and at what cost.

F.01

Average Monthly Deposits

The anchor for every file. Depending on tier and program, we generally structure between 75% and 150% of average monthly deposits.

F.02

Deposit Frequency

How often deposits land matters as much as the total. Steady daily flow reads materially healthier than sporadic large hits.

F.03

Negative Days

Days closing in the red are a real flag. More than five to seven per month sharply reduces both program options and approval ceiling.

F.04

Existing Positions

Active advances cap what we will write on top. Heavy stacking is the fastest way to narrow program options and elevate risk pricing.

F.05

FICO & Credit Profile

Personal credit shapes program access and pricing — but strong revenue and consistent deposit patterns absorb a lot of credit weakness.

F.06

Approval Ceiling

The maximum we will responsibly write given everything combined. We calculate this before structuring so no file is over-leveraged on day one.

See where your file actually sits.

Standing File

09 ENTRIES · UPDATED 2026
01

What actually makes Jags18 LLC different from the dozen other companies sending us offers?

We underwrite and fund your file from our own balance sheet — and that is the whole answer. The person who quotes the deal is the person who approves it, signs the wire instruction, and answers the phone when you call back. There is no submission desk, no syndication partner, and no third-party check funding your account. One desk owns the file from intake through final payment.

02

How fast does this move?

Most files get a same-day decision once your application and three months of business bank statements are in front of us. Once you countersign the agreement, capital typically wires inside 24 hours. The desk is built around your business clock, not ours.

03

What does it cost — and are there hidden fees?

Zero hidden fees. The term sheet shows the factor rate, total payback, debit amount, debit frequency, and term length before any signature is requested. We do not pull origination fees at funding and we do not silently adjust the schedule after the wire clears. The number quoted is the number wired.

04

What do we actually need to apply?

The short application and your last three months of business bank statements. That gets the file on the desk. There is no hard credit pull at intake. Depending on program and amount we may ask for a few additional documents — driver's license, voided check, or a quick clarifying call — and we will say exactly what's needed before we ask for it.

05

We already have active positions. Will you still look at us?

Yes. Stacked files are a regular part of our deal flow. Depending on monthly revenue, current exposure, and deposit pattern, we can sometimes consolidate active positions into a single schedule — or write new capital alongside what's there. We will read the full picture and put honest options in front of you, even if the answer is "wait six weeks."

06

Can you help us graduate into longer-term financing?

Often, yes. Many files start in short-term capital and move into monthly programs — and a smaller cohort eventually into asset-backed revolving lines. We will map a realistic path from where the operation sits to where it's headed and tell you, plainly, what has to change in the file to get there.

07

What are the minimum qualifications?

Generally six months in operation, $15,000+ in monthly business revenue, and an active business bank account. FICO matters but isn't decisive — strong, consistent deposits absorb a lot. Send the file and we will tell you, in writing, exactly where you stand.

08

Who do we call after funding?

The same team that wrote the file. We do not disappear once the wire clears. Renewals, restructures, payoff math, schedule questions, settlement requests — all of it routes to the underwriter who knows your account. One number, one team, no ticket queue.

09

What about SBA loans or bank-rate products?

We don't write them and we don't broker them. Jags18 LLC funds merchant cash advances and revenue-based financing directly. If your operation is fully bankable and needs a long-amortizing SBA structure, your bank is the right call — not us. We will say that plainly if the file points that direction.
